Sunset Cay Investment Company boasts 32 wetslips at Sunset Cay Marina on Folly Beach.  Slips will handle boats up to 55 ft. All Slips offer electric hook up and water.

Located on the western end of Folly Beach, Sunset Cay Marina is a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean and a 5 minute boat ride.   Located approximately 10 blocks to Center Street restaurants and shops on Folly Beach, the location is fantastic.   Some amenities include electric hookup, water, well maintained bathrooms, ship store and lounge.  A dedicated dockmaster is located on site.
