	Annual Rates: Entry rates as low as $250/ month or $9 per foot with a one year commitment.  Electric not included.
	Seasonal Rates: Rent for a Season!  Rates quoted are entry rates and may vary depending on slip.  Rates do not include electric.  Summer/ Memorial Day - Labor Day $295 Spring/ Fall: $275/mo. Winter, Nov - March $225/ mo.
	Weekly Rates: Catering to the Vacation Market! Summer Weeks/Memorial - Labor Day:                                                $150 wk + hook up fee Remaining Seasons: Inquire
